Why does my project need fresh ears?
What is the process?
I use the absolute best industry software and plugins. I work in a private studio with top quality computing systems, hardware and monitors. Once I receive your material, I begin to prepare and work on your project right away. Masters are tested over my high-end monitors and numerous sound systems to make sure you are getting the best possible sound on every conceivable playback device. Your files will be delivered to you in a personal private We Transfer folder or Dropbox shared between us. You may have up to three rounds of edits at no additional cost.
What Will I Receive?
Once your project is completed you will receive MP3 &. WAV file(s) of your Mixed and Mastered song (s).
How long will it take to Mix / Master my material?
In general, 3- 5 business days for single songs and 10-15 business days for full CD's. Completion of the mix depends on how many revisions are needed after you review it. Once complete, it will be emailed back promptly. Mastering generally takes 1-3 days for single songs and 7-10 business days for C D's.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept online payments via PayPal. Paypal accepts credit cards and checks.
What is your refund policy?
I am willing to make any small changes and adjustments free of charge. In the end, I am confident you will be satisfied. I consider myself to be a partner in your music experience and I want you to be completely happy with my work. I do not make refunds, but I do offer 3 sets of revisions. This means you can come back to me 3X with all the revisions you want. If you still have revisions, then we can discuss a minimal per hour additional fee, but it is extremely rare that anyone needs additional revisions after 3 rounds.
What is your Privacy Policy?
BWH Music Group LLC will never share your material.
